Professional Experience

Content Development Specialist

As a key individual contributor, this role exercises considerable judgment to help inform decisions in steering marketing initiatives across all products, services, community service, broker and agent relations, and retention efforts.

Strong writing. Led content strategy and served as the internal and external champion for UHA’s marketing strategy and communications.

Strategic thinker. Managed large-scale end-to-end marketing plans including defining objectives, identifying audience insights, developing media strategy, creative brief writing, and production across multiple channels including social, print, website, and TV.

Effective communicator. Collaborated across the enterprise to align key compelling marketing messages. Develop presentations as needed for leadership teams to inform them of campaign strategy, and rationnale.

Drives vision, purpose, and brand. Understood the UHA brand and ensured consistency of communication and activities designed to promote and reinforce the brand internally and externally.

Project management. Used discretion and independent judgment to manage the development, implementation, and optimization of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Marketing execution and strategic planning. Managed the online reputation and strategic planning on behalf of clients in car and health insurance, consumer services, travel and tourism industry. Consumer Experience Specialist

Email Marketing Manager

Strategic and tactical marketing planning. Responsible for the continuous development of Locations’ Marketo instance with a multi-faceted client database by creating roadmaps with key initiatives that strategically align business goals and process improvement.

Innovative thinker and marketing champion. Created various drips and nurture campaigns using multi-touch workflows based on client behaviors and website activity. Utilized lead scoring, multi-variant tests, and other Marketo tools to further develop Locations’ Marketo instance.
