The product launch of UHA’s plan, the One Plan. Oversaw the vendors who developed the ads and creative for One Plan marketing materials to produce the identity, and value proposition.

Highlights

Project management

  • Oversaw the production of the UHA Connections and One Plan creative simultaneously. Creative assets included photos, ads, display banners, print ads, emails, and radio
  • Oversaw a team of vendors including graphic designers, writers, media buyer, digital ad agency and internal resources

Creative asset management

  • Worked closely with Marketing leadership to develop creative, messaging and deliverables prior to the launch
  • Repurposed content for different channels – UHA-owned and paid

Lead generation

  • Ensured the ad creative and messaging were consistent throughout all ad channels. Channel distributions included TV, radio, OTT, CTV, Google ads, Meta ads, paid media partners – PBN, Pacific Business, and Hawaii News Now
